I was sent the above shot by one of our readers who owned the van in the 70s. He was pleased to see it still on the road.
Ok, I lied. I’m on my way to a 70’s themed 40th Birthday party and couldn’t resist a cheeky pose. I wore this gear when I was in Dublin for a stag night in March (St Patricks Day) and it caused so much attention that I felt like I was famous! People were stopping us in the street for photos, and the number of women who wanted a picture in the wig!
Unfortunately we’re not going in the van, as my wife is driving back, and won’t even go in it as passenger! Oh well….
